Here are four good online resources for diet, nutrition, fitness and health information that I have come across recently while web surfing. I will be adding them to our blogroll also. They do not promote any specific products, rather offer lots of articles, tips, reviews, etc.
Every Diet – Plans for Weight Loss and Health – reviews 100 of diets The categories are very convenient and make it easy to look up a plan that might interest you – popular diets, online diets, packaged foods, fad diets.
The Diet Channel – weight loss, diets, nutrition and exercise – I enjoyed their diet personality quiz and the review by the 3 fat chicks of the book “Mindless Eating”, as well other articles on the site.
Diet Bites – diet plans, nutritional info., calories in foods – Lots of articles, diet plans, nutritional info., healthy recipes, and lists of calories in foods such as their fruit comparison chart and an article on Starbucks calories, (i.e. Thrilla from Vanilla at 720 Calories/52 grams of fat per slice)
AOL Diet & Fitness – Diet Tips and Programs for Healthy Living – lots of articles, news articles, and recipes.
