Weight: 208 (lost .5 and the 1 lb gained from last week for no reason)
Food wise this week the same as usual - daily 2 Extend bars (protein bars), 2 apples, and for dinner a protein and veggie. A couple nights I had some plain air popped popcorn. Exercise: Fluidity routine (only once), walked two nights (only 20 minutes).
It’s not an excuse - but I have been super busy. I have to stop letting that get in the way — regardless of weight loss, not exercising isn’t healthy, so I need to have a really good sit down chat with myself and get over this stretch of procasination. However, nothing is as important as exercise. I may have to start giving myself a “time out” from blogging if I don’t exercise first, and only blog as a reward for actually getting off my butt.
