Week 59 – 208.5 holding steady (no loss, no gain)

Food for Thurs: 2 Extend bars, 2 apples, chicken and broccoli
Food for Fri: 2 Extend bars, 1 apple, aspargus, chicken and green beans
Fri exercise – did the beginners workout for Fluidity (a review will be forthcoming – but let me just say “interesting” but I think I like it).

Today – so far 2 cups of coffee with nonfat creamor (I know not the best way to start the day but it’s still early). We are going out soon to see the Pirates Movie!!! (finally) since my daughter is at Karate camp this weekend. I am going to bring my protein Extend bar and air popped popcorn (plain) with me for the movie. Will have a peach for a snack after. Dinner – just sure yet, but either more left over chicken with a veggie or a perhaps subway (have to see what hubby is up for). Exercise – will try to walk today (30 minutes) it’s not too hot. I plan on doing the Fluidity workout again tomorrow (best to skip a day in between I think ). I want to use it a couple times before I write up my review.
