Weight: 208.5 (rechecks scale and math for the third time - total lost this week 3.5 lbs)

All I can say is WOW! I almost feel guilty because I have slacked off so much on my exercise that I feel like I’m being rewarded for being lazy — but nah I’m going to celebrate! I’m going to celebrate one more step to regaining my health and having more energy cause that is what’s it all about. And I will be definitely getting my lazy butt up more and exercising (having fun) - not much going on this weekend so I have plenty of time.
I honestly have no “scientific” explanation for such a big drop this week - the body has a mind of its own, but I have a few theories based on decades of experience and getting to know my body. The normal cycle when trying for weight loss - is losing some, holding steady, (sometimes gaining a little), then dropping some for awhile and the cycle repeats itself. I think the past two weeks where I lost very little and then lost none were just part of the normal cycle. I also probably had some inflammation issues due to over doing it physically getting ready for the best ever Harry Potter Party two weeks ago and my body was totally exhausted. Now I’ve recovered, rested, and my body can get back to the hard work of flushing out the excess fat.
