I am not sure why — but I am definately feeling the Monday blahs today. I have a lot of interesting things I need to be working – but perhaps because none of them are as fun as the party, so I guess I’m feeling a bit of a let down. And of course work is definitely NOT interesting, I’d rather be home doing other more interesting stuff. I have also been feeling very physically tired all week – I guess it’s taking me longer to recover from the party and all the moving of boxes, decorating, cooking, etc. then I thought it would.
I finally bought some clothes this past weekend – just three cheap outfits to work out at home in. All my old clothes for around the house are so old, worn, torn, and baggy it was getting silly so I just went to a cheap shop near by and two shorts, 1 pants, 4 tops. I got them in extra large – and they FIT! I noticed the woman in front of me on line had her tag sticking out of her shirt and it said extra large — I almost put all the clothes down because I looked at her and said to myself – if she is an extra large, I am way bigger then she is. But I figured I’d give it a try any way (since all my 3x, 2x, and 1x just hang off me) — I was surprised when I got home and tried them on the extra larges actually fit. I guess I still “see” myself a being a lot larger then I am. Besides I plan on having a picture or two taken of me trying out various equipment – so I had to have something wear (nude was NOT an option LOL)
Fatblogging update – Saturday 1 extend bar, plain air popped popcorn (took to the movies when we saw Spiderman 3), 2 grilled cheese (with diet bread and diet cheese 15o calories each = total 300).
Yesterday – I had 1 extend bar, plain air popped popcorn ( took to the movies when we saw Shrek3), frozen meal (400 calories)
Today – I had an my two extend bars (150 calories each) for breakfast and lunch, with an apple at breakfast and an orange for lunch (we were out of apples, will grocery shop tonight). I love oranges – but they aren’t the right thing for me to eat unless I have a much bigger meal. The orange affects me differently then an apple does, I think the higher sugar content spikes the blood sugar – so now I’m feeling very hungry and it’s only 2:30 p.m. Usually I’m fine if I have an apple, until about 5ish as I’m heading home for dinner.
The physical tiredness I’ve been feeling has kept me from getting off my butt and exercising — I had forgotten to mention that last Monday I also had to walk for almost an hour when my daughter was in a parade. So I did get some exercise last week.
TONIGHT – no matter what !!!! I WILL open the box with my new Fluidity in it and give it a try. I am actually looking forward to trying it — it’s just my lazy gene kicked in big time and I need to get out the wet noodle and give myslef 40 lashes! hehehe
Well I need to keep busy and get my mind off my rumbling tummy!
