Harry Potter Theme Park – Open 2010 Universal Resort in Florida. If I ever had a moments doubt that I could stick it out for the long term and reach my health and weight goals – I have NO doubts now. I have a full two years to continue on my journey, get healthy, get fit, and build up my stamina so I enjoy the full 20 acres of the new Harry Potter Theme Park at Universal Resort. (And NO more seat belt extender needed for the plane ride either. )
