Just a quick post to weigh in since it was such a big change this past weekend – this morning lost 2 lbs since yesterday, so hopefully I can recover this week from the meal on Saturday. I KNOW the gain was water weight and not “fat” – but before progress can be made that weight has to go first.

Sunday I had coffee (nonfat creamer 2 servings – 50), 1 Extend bar (150 calories), 200 calories worth of plain air popped popcorn, 300 calories of lean ham, 100 nonfat pudding (total 950). Spent most of the day reading Harry Potter book 7 and napped in the afternoon to recover from not sleeping much since Friday. Not the best choices but didn’t have energy to deal with much else, and having the popcorn let me nibble while reading. The ham was not my idea, but hubby had cooked it and there wasn’t anything else in the house (since I didn’t do the shopping – I was reading).

Today I will have coffee with 2 servings nonfat creamor 50 calories, 2 extend bars 300 calories, 2 apples 200 calories, 150 calories skinless chicken breast, 1 package frozen veggies 150 calories, total calories: 850.

The new diet plan I was going to start I can’t access. I got it last week online while I was at work and planned on downloading it over the weekend at home and putting the info. on a cd rather the my harddrive for safe keeping. But when I went to download it, it said my time had expired – turns out there was 48 hour time limit. I have emailed them every day and so far I haven’t heard back from them. I think it is really rude to charge you money for something, and then put such a short time limit on it. This was a busy weekend and with all the information on the site I really didn’t see anything about a time limit before ordering (probably in some small print some where). Hopefully they will clear this up quickly.

I’ll spend the rest of the week catching up on sleep and keeping my calories under 900 a day and hopefully get back to the weight I was two weeks. I will plan on starting the new plan this coming Sunday – I would hope they can get me the info. by then.

I will also make myself get some exercise this week and get back on track with that. I’m exhausted but will do it any way – probably just my stationary bike. It takes me a long time to recover from having two nights of very little sleep but it was worth it. I really enjoyed staying up to get Deathly Hallows at midnight and then curling up all weekend and reading it.
