Weight 206.5, total lost this week 1.5

Moving right along!
Sorry about the late posting of the weigin but we had a lovely family day yesterday and I didn’t get a chance to log on (but I did weigh myself yesterday morning). Since it was 7-7-07 we decided it would be fun to do seven things together as a family. We each got to pick 2 things we wanted to do and then decided on 1 thing for all of us.

I picked going to get my digital camera that had arrived (I am now armed and dangerous!) and getting a picture of me with my NEW HAT to be posted over on The Diet Pulpit – it’s totally silly and goofy LOL I’ll post here too once it’s up.

Hubby picked going to the library to get a book he needs for the summer class he is teaching and some cds. I ended up taking out 7 books (2 diet books to reveiw and others on photoshop and digital photography).

Angelgirl picked shopping for our kitty (we got a cat condo and even got it all put together!) and stopping at the bookstore (I ended up being the only one buying books though).

Then we all went and enjoyed a lovely meal at the Chinese Buffet – it had been months since we went. I had a HUGE plate of mixed greens, some cucumber, tomato, and radishes, only one small drizzle of dressing. It was yummy. After I was full, for dessert I have some green beans and a small piece of white fish (I don’t get much because I know it’s cooked in some oils.)

I have been so busy I forgot to post the great 4th of July dinner I had, I’ll save that for tomorrow’s post.
