It’s Monday – this work thing is the pits LOL I’m already looking forward to Friday.
Fatblogging update – I did my fluidity workout yesterday. Yeah me! I’m really liking it. My plan for this week – no my commitment! – is do it two more times this week (it’s recommended two or three times a week).
Weekend food: Sat. and Sun. only 1 extend bar for breakfast, some hot air popcorn for lunch, and a lean protein and veggie for dinner.
I haven’t been that hungry lately **knock on wood**, with all the writing I’m doing on the book project and re-organzing the blog (boy is that time-consuming!) in preparation for making the BIG move to a real dot com address — I barely even think of food. Funny how a year ago I would never had believed those words would come out of my mouth (or be typed in my blog).
My 1 lb of Sweet Perfection arrived – I tasted it on my fingertip – awesome. Then used it in my coffee – yummy. It’s a thumbsup and so far a 4 halo rating (but could raise to 5 halos) once I use it in some other things.
Mei Mei our new kitten is postiviely darling! She is the most mellow, cuddle kitten I’ve ever met. One of the reasons we didn’t get a cat for the past 10 years is because Angelgirl was little afarid of them after being scratched by almost every kitten she has encountered before. But Mei Mei just loves being held and lets Angelgirl carry her all over. So far she hasn’t attacked my furniture — we have the water spray bottle just in case though. We keep lots of toys for her play with around too and things she can scratch on.
