weight 229 — which translate to -1.5 lbs. Three cheers!
I needed this boost, I spent all weekend in bed with an awful cold, coughing until I thought my lungs would burst, not sleeping much, and tons of pain I’m not sure from what (but at one point during the night I thought I might end up at the hospital if the pain didn’t ease up). The pain feels very similar to what I had when I had kidney stones. The middle of the night pain session finally eased after several sleepless hours but I am still get lots of twinges and lots of aches in my hip area, lower back and either side of the lower abodomen area. Needless to say I didn’t excerise over the weekend or this morning. I feel guilty about it, but I barely have the strength to drag my self into the office.
The pain could also just be pulled or just sore muscles from coughing, or muscle pain from exercise done previously - being sick whatever you have goes to your weakest area which for me would be back and abs which have been a bit more tender from exercising five days out of 7 for 30 minutes.
I am sticking to my diet though. Hubby keeps trying to get me to drink orange juice, but I calmly told him I never touch the stuff (way to many calories for a drink that only boosts your blood sugar, which when it drops can cause cravings). I did eat the whole orange in the refrig. on Saturday. When he went shopping though he only bought more juice and didn’t buy any more whole oranges, so I will have to rely on my multi vitamin tablet for my vitamin C.
Any way this week is going to be about getting better and surviving my days here at the office and trying not to cough up a lung on my keyboard.
