Weight 230.5 (lost for this week – 2 lbs.)
As any one on a diet knows — you can imagine how great it feels to see the scale start moving again. This is the second week that I’ve lost 2 lbs. each in a row. I am thrilled, but also keeping in mind that it is one step along the journey. There will still be ups and downs, and even stand stills along the way.
This week I am keeping to my 30 minutes of exercise on the stationary bike, but raised the resistance to level 2. I increased my reps on the core flex to 45.
