Weight 234.5
No weight loss, but at least I lost the “water” weight I had gained last week.

I exercised 5 days last week (15 mins on excerise bike and 25 reps on the coreflex). This week I will be doing 20 minutes on the bike and 30 reps on the core flex.

I still haven’t had much success at getting my heart rate up. I am pedaling as fast I can manage and still talk a little. But my pulse seems stuck in the 80s and only rises slightly over 90 for brief seconds. I should be excersing with my pulse around 117. Oh well, all I can do is to keep trying. Right now exercise makes me nauseous, and a little dizzy some times. The pain in all my joints I am getting used to, I just take a lot of aspirin. And dizziness is no big deal. The nausea though I really wish I could find a way to get that to stop.

But no matter what my body does, I will continue to exercise and work up to an hour a day on the bike, plus the coreflex reps (hopefully 100 a day eventually). I have never understood folks when they say how great exercise is, how wonderful you feel afterwards. I suppose I can get use to the pain and feeling awful and being exhausted — but I know I will never enjoy it. I will excersise, but please don’t ask me to enjoy it . LOL That is just asking way too much.

Hubby did the grocery shopping this week and got me some Lean Cusine meals on sale. He got me the larger ones, so they are closer to 400 calories (rather then the usual 300) — I will have to find some thing to cut out during the day or find the will power not to finish the meals and try to guess at a 100 calories worth to throw out. I know he meant well so I didn’t complain, and he did pick out some yummy varieties — but trying to keep my calorie intake between 800 to 900 a day, every little bit counts, so I will just adjust. I am considering allowing myself the extra 100 calories — as long as I space out having the meals so I don’t have more then 1 or 2 a week. I’ll see how this week goes for a few days without having any of the Lean Cusines, and if it’s a good week (no water weight gain), then maybe I’ll eat one and check on the weight — if there was no affect then maybe I will let the extra 100 calories slide. I will, however, be sure to be more specific about what to get the next time he goes to the grocery store.

Every day in every way, I am getting healthier.
