Weight 222 0 lost this week

I kinda thought this would be the case - not because of anything I did, or didn’t do - I can just “feel” it sometimes when I’ve lost or don’t lose. I often know when I gain water weight too because I can feel it filling up underneath the skin in some areas - weird I know but when I check the scale afterwards I am always right.

Any way, after seven weeks of losing in a row, a bit of a plataeu is to be expected. I am actually feeling ok about it. Not happy - but not “go throw myself in the river” unhappy about it either. Which as some of you probably know from reading posts for almsot a year now — I used to get ooooh just a tad bit emotional about not losing each week (past rant posts are a good example). I have gotten a lot better at taking my own advice and going with the flow, keeping my focus on the long term goal, and sticking with the healthy eating and exercise regardless of the numbers.

I have gotten a little less sleep this week then usual working on all the blog makeovers and preparations for the “grand opening” of the blog April 1.  I have to curb my excitment a bit and make sure I stay in bed for the night instead of staying up to all hours.

Diet Tip - Sleep is VERY important for your body and without enough of it, weight loss can come to a halt.

Fatblogging Update: here’s my food list for yesterday and today:
Yesterday- two Extend bars, 2 apples, Fit and Free Pizza (only 252 calories and no fat), air popped popcorn. (Not the best nutrition wise - but it was a Friday night, but the calories were 1000 for the day, including the nonfat creamor in my morning coffee) Exercise - my day off

Today - two Extend bars, bag of frozen aspargus, cherry tomatoes and tuna fish (with a touch of 0 fat mayo only 10 calories a spoonful). Since it’s Saturday I can cook up some veggies for lunch instead of just an apple. It is my day to exercise - so I plan to do the 30 mins on the stationary bike and 50 reps on the core flex gym (abs). But we have a big outing planned to a big Harry Potter event - and often after something that on my feet for several hours I am exhausted and hurting all over. I am hoping though that I can still manage the exercise - if not I am not going to beat myself up about it.

As far as beverages - 1 cup of coffee each morning with nonfat flavored creamor, a few diet sodas, and this week 1 a day bottle of sugar free Snapple raspberry tea (one of the few kinds of tea I can drink). Not the best I know — it is one of the things I want to improve and at least adding the tea each day is better then another soda.
