My dear friend, Mama Kelly, found this wonderful insight in a post. I agree with Mama Kelly – it is definitely uplifing and inspiring.

Our bodies are our temples.  And sure I’ve neglected mine, and I might not see any outward changes for awhile, but internally the dust, clutter and clogs are being cleared away and there is a lot of polishing and cleansing going on. Every day I can and will make healthy choices and chose to respect my body as the temple it is and give my spirit a healthy, peaceful place to live.
