The Diet Pulpit has arrived at its new home, ready for readers and spreading our motto, “Don’t be a fool, eat for fuel,” across the blogosphere. To all our friends and readers, I hope you found us ok and please update your bookmarks, links, blogrolls, feed, etc. To all our new friends who have just found us, please join in the fun and discussions (and subscribe or bookmark us too!).

All the old content from our previous location and my other blog have now been combined here all in one place for your enjoyment. So take some time to look around and get acquainted with all the resources here and be sure to come back often for continued fun and motivation to get healthy.

I love reading your comments and emails. My goal is to build a strong, supportive community of folks helping each other to get healthy (and perhaps even drop a few pounds along the way). Feel free to ask questions, offer suggestions and opinions, and join in the discussions and fun activities here such as the blog carnivals, blogrolls, etc.

I’ve combined all the old posts from the original Diet Pulpit and added the old material also from my personal blog, Incredible Shrinking Ladies, so there is lot of information and history here (more links being and pages will be added, and tweaks and improvements are being made daily).

I’m very excited about the new home for the Diet Pulpit and looking forward to “blogging a weigh” with every one!
