I reordered my The Calorie King’s 2006 Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter. It is a must have for any one for long term dieting. Its the best one out there and covers LOTS of items, fast foods, restaraunts, etc. in a convenient paperback small size.

I have had two previous copies over the years but either loaned or missed placed them.

I also got The Rice Diet Solution: The World-Famous Low-Sodium, Good-Carb, Detox Diet for Quick and Lasting Weight Loss — it is one of the few diets that work, has been arond for years. The book includes recipes too which is an added bonus. The food restrictions in the beginning are very stick, but the results are worth it (can loose 5 lbs a week through the whole diet), and you really do get over the cravings so it’s not to hard to stick with it. I followed this plan many years ago and it worked well, so I figured I’d look it over again and maybe give it a try. It’s not just rice that you eat, but whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and some protein.
