Weight 248.5 (Gained 1.0)

Not as awful as I thought it would be — we went away for the weekend for my daughter’s karate tournament so for the past 3 days I had between 1000 to 1200 calories (instead of my usual 800 a day). Any gain is depressing, but I guess it could have been worse.

AND proves my point yet again that if I eat around 1000 calories a day I will gain weight! The only way I lose is by having ONLY about 800 calories a day for several days (weeks is better) - so eating MORE is NOT an option for me.
