Weight 243 lbs. (lost 3 lbs)

Finally a little movement on the scale in the right direction *does a little happy dance* Well looks like the calorie limit of between 700 to 800 wins again, and sticking with mostly veggies, some lean chicken and turkey, and a couple of fruits now and then. I also had the zero calorie pasta (Konjac Pasta) several times this past week and it helped keep the hunger under control. Just a matter of time and sticking with it. I can DO this! I have to do this. I refuse to be unhealthy.

My 51st birthday is the end of this month and I’m hoping to have less then 100 lbs to lose by then – so that means only 4 more lbs to lose by Oct. 30. Hopefully I can lose a little more then that but at least my first mini goal looks reachable (**keeping fingers crossed**). My second mini goal is to at least look ok for my daughter’s big 11th birthday party in May (we are having a huge Harry Potter party with 22 kids, 9 magical classes, lots of activities and it’s a year in the planning and preparation). I hope to be under 200 by then (hoping for about 180 but I don’t want to set my expectations too high so I’m shooting for under 200). From there my third mini goal is to reach the weight I was for my wedding, 155 lbs. — but that could take over a year or more since on my attempt to lose weight I froze at about 180 and stop losing for months and months till I gave up.  But one step at time, one mini goal at a time. I WILL do this, I CAN do this – and there is not giving up this time!

Determined to be healthy!
