This past Monday Nov. 27: weight 237.5 (lost .5 lb)

Not bad for having survived Thanksgiving the week before -one meal at the family’s house and one the next day at home.- At the family dinner I ate nothing, just sipped diet soda (long story, but we were suppose to eat at 12 and by 5 the food was just starting to appear and even the aspargus was dripping in butter so there wasn’t anything for me eat). The next day at home I had some turkey (approx. 6 oz) and a big serving of spinach (90 calories as per the box) — it was yummy and at least I was full.

I did weigh myself this morning (Wed.) and I’ve gained back 4 lbs (241.5) - for no reason what so ever. But I’m not going to let it get me down, it is a giant roller coaster as far as my weight goes and all I can do is stick with eating healthy and hope in time it eventually keeps going down overall.

I haven’t been able to keep updating the blog much the past few months because life has just gotten a bit too hectic and my access to the computer has been limited too. But I am sticking with the healthy eating plan and writing everything down in my journal (I use a steno pad).
