Weight 243.5

Weight lost since last week 5 lbs — at least I seemed to have lost almost all the weight I gained this month, at the beginning of the month (week 23) I was 243. So over all for Oct. I gained a half pound.

Sorry for the delay in posting this week’s update, but Monday was my birthday and I had off work Monday and Tuesday - but didn’t get to a computer. Monday I spent over 6 hours dealing with Motor Vehicles to get my driver’s license renewed — it was awful, then Tues. I was busy picking up my daughter for lunch, then the school parade, then Halloween, etc. etc. Any way — at least there was some weight loss, but now two days later I feel really bloated and I have a feeling I’ve gained some yet again - but emotionally I don’t have the stamina to check on the scale right now (I had a totally “creepy” emotionally draining Halloween experience (which involved my father showing up out of no where - I haven’t seen him in 30 years and don’t ever want to see him again.) Right now I can’t cope with the emotional stress of dealing with the scale too - so I’m just eating healthy choices and sticking to it no matter what.

As a little treat for my birthday hubby got me Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches — I did work one into my calorie limit for the day, but now there are left overs in the freezer. I’m going to ignore them though and if I can’t and no one else eats them I will just toss them out in a week or so.
