Weight on Monday was 238.5. (gained 3.5 for no reason)

I have been so busy I didn’t get a chance to post until now — all this holiday stuff you know – shopping, wrapping, etc. etc. etc.

Any way — I guess the cycle of gaining for no reason has begun again for the month of Dec. I have resigned myself to the fact that my body is going to do this from time to time. — however, I am going to stick to healthy eating for the rest of my life no matter what the scale says.

The holidays of course make life just a tad more complicated — but so far I have been able to stare down any holiday goodies (including the ton of baked goods my hubby made) without even feeling tempted – and most times I just picture the mounds of fat that would be added to my body if I indulged and that is enough to make me strong enough to resist.

We are going on vacation the day after xmas — I have my slim fast and apples and a few frozen low calorie dinners ready to pack. The room we are staying in has a kitchenette, so I won’t have to eat out at all (thank goodness!).

The next weigh in day is Dec. 25 – xmas morning. I will weigh myself, however, I may not have time to post. I will try to though since while on vacation I won’t have access to a computer. If I don’t get to post before vacation, I’ll do it as soon as I can when we get back on Dec. 29.
