Week 68 Weight 206; lost .5 lb.

At least the scale moved down finally, which it hasn’t done in four weeks. Plus it’s been so slow before this since my one year anniversary May 1 till now I’ve only lost 10 lbs (for all of May June and July) - and been hungry along the way almost constantly until this week on the new plan.

After the first couple days on the meal plan I wasn’t hungry which is a miracle!!!!! because I am usually always hungry - so even if this plan doesn’t work for me like it does for every one else (the average weight loss is 2 to 3 lbs a week), it will still be worth it to me - I wasn’t hungry and had very little interest food (all meals are prepackaged except 1). This week for my one homemade meal I am making chicken with garlic and spinach in the crockpot and have all the containers made up at once - so I won’t have to cook all week. The less I’m around food the better. As long as I’m not hungry, I can stay on this plan forever if that is what it takes. I am very hopeful, and keeping my fingers crossed the weight will continue to come off as I get more into the “fat burning” zone (the plan is a medium-high protein diet).
