Weight 203 lb (back to weight for week 70)
Nothing lost this week (except the 2.5 lbs gained for no reason last week, and the additional 2.5 lbs I gained at the beginning of this week for no reason).
This is the type of plataeu that can often side track a healthy eating plan. In the past I’ve hit the wall and given up. But it isn’t going to happen this time or ever again. There were a few times this week I was frustrated - as the scale kept creeping up and up (for a total of a 5 lb gain for no reason) - but whenever I started to feel like it was all for nothing, I just reviewed my goals and my reasons for eating healthy - because it’s about feeling better, having more energy, and being healthy to be the best mom I can be to my daughter. Compared to my goals, a number of the scale is almost meaningless.
One thing to remember - weight loss is not a race, it’s about getting healthy. There is no miracle, no super fast way to do - just one day at time, one meal at a time, one healthy choice at time.
I want to encourage everyone to stick with it - never give up. The end result is definitely worth it. We can do it!
