9/12 Total Transformation is increasing the intensity of his workouts – he is truly an inspiration.

9/12 Minke had a 4.4 loss for this week’s weighin – way to go!

9/12 V’ron is down .4 lbs – every loss is a good one :)

9/11 Katie is working out at the gym and feeling great!

9/9 Pound Slayer slayed 3 lbs for the week and is sticking to his plan!

9/13 Princess is improving her BMI and it’s getting smaller – awesome, keep it up!

9/11 Week 121 Kim has lost 1.4 lbs – he really is an inspiration and a great example of what sticking to a healthy plan can do (total lost: 101 lbs).

9/12 Kathy is down .5 for the week **three cheers**

(Note from Lady Rose: It is going to be a busy day today – Angelgirl has her black belt testing. We have to drive aboutg 2 hours to the place where the testing is held, then it takes several hours to take a written test, perform her one steps, forms, and break boards, then 2 hours back home. We are so proud of her! She has been taking classes since she was 4 1/2, and now at 11 will earn her black belt.)
