9/8 Lady Rose is up to week 71 of her journey to health and going strong and still working on her slug challenge (increasing her reps on pushups and a few other exercises)
9/7 Blissful Chick is enjoying “hippie food” (brown rice and other yummy whole food goodness) and getting healthy by intuitively eating.
9/6 Christina is eating lots of veggies, keeping her food journal, and doing great.
9/7 Fat Bridesmaid is feeling lighter, making healthy choices for food and exercise, and taking strippercise class (ooooh sounds like a lot of FUN!).
9/7 Amy’s blood sugar tests are looking good and she lost 8 lbs since her last doctor’s visit.
9/7 John made a healthy dinner choice (avoided the pizza and chose to do his cardio work out and eat fruit with yogurt) - and lost 3 pounds - **three cheers!**
