A serving size - 6 oz not 24 oz (average size smoothie on the go) - think SHARE with a friend, or have some now and freeze the rest.
Calories are usually very high in smoothies.
Most add sugar (which spikes your blood sugar and won’t satisfy your hunger longer term)
Fruit even by itself can spike blood sugar

Some companies are responding to the public’s demand for healthy options and are switching to no sugar or splendar or offering an option, and adding healthy supplements to smoothies. It’s not hard to make your own smoothies at home and freeze them so you can take them along. Add a bit of whey protein isolate powder and it could be a good meal subsitute when necessary.
