		<description>It&#039;s definitely not for everyone.  I would assume the caffeine gives you that little boost to perk you up -- often we eat because we feel our energy sagging and our body responds by thinking we need food, but most likely we don&#039;t, we could just need a more sleep at night, more water for hydration, more oxygen (deeper breathing).</description>

		<description>My concern is the caffeine content.  I&#039;m not a coffee drinker and actually must avoid caffiine per doctor&#039;s orders due to severe Raynaud&#039;s Disease.  I love what Satiatrim has to offer, but drinking up to 5 cartons per day would be like drinking 5 cups of coffee.  Why is the caffeine added?  Does it serve a purpose?</description>
