Touch your left shoulder as you say, “I will stop the negative self-talk”
Touch your right shoulder as you say, “I will think positively of myself and my body”
Bring your hands to center, clasped together, as you say, “I am strong in my resolve, I am filled with the power of F.A.T. Attitude!” (living life with a fabulous, awesome tenacious attitude)
