8/1 Angelfish lost a lb, and getting outside for biking and swimming
7/31 Barry lost 2.6 lbs at Weight Watchers this week
8/2 Big Britches walked 5 miles in 2 days, and has set a goal of 60 miles in a month - very inspiring!
7/30 Choatic Fat is taking care of herself and got checked for Sleep Apnea - three cheers for getting the testing done!
7/28 Spidey - keeping a food journal, doing cardio and wegihts, and down a few pounds
7/31 Curvy Chick - down another lb
7/26 Joel has reached his goal weight (155) , his blood pressure is now low normal without medication as well. He outlines his very sensible diet and exercise plan that he followed. He will be posting some recipes in the future.
8/3 Fatbloke has gotten his blood pressure down to 119/86, lost around 30 pounds and his Asthma symptoms are improving — **round of applause**
7/30 Captain has reached 220.8 (80% of his goal!)
7/30 Half Man has lost another 1.4 lbs
8/3 Molly and Katie (Sister Skinny) have lost .6 and .5 this week.
