7/16 Aynsley – down another lb.
7/15 – Melodee chose to eat Thai Lettuce Wraps (instead of cheesecake!)
7/18 Jenni – down 1.2 lbs for the week
7/17 Angelfish – down a lb and off to Vegas!
7/19 Big Britches is walking, walking, walking and got a pilates workout too!
7/16 Mr Fat is up to week two for the half-marathon training. Mrs. Fat has lost 9 pounds! (perhaps she will share her secret!)
7/19 Celtic Girl is letting go of negativity and on a new road called the” Get Off Your Arse And Start To Live Road”
7/17 Christine is doing great and reached one of her goals to get under 200 lbs
7/20 Kathy is focusing on exercise and keeping muscle tone and has more energy and feeling better.
7/20 Wenchwit is in training – for what? for herself to thrive on the adrenaline rush that comes from pushing herself, she is walking, walking and walking!
I found a wonderful new blog full of inspiration – Tory – lost 107 lbs! and now maitaining and running marathons.
