Congratulations on the good news! I&#039;ve been making progress myself through oatmeal, cinnamon, and honey for breakfast in the morning. I&#039;ve lost a few pounds and still had energy due to the way oatmeal and honey metabolize. And I&#039;m helping my heart at the same time.
