MORE ORGASMS - A NEW DIET Yeah Baby!

The Orgasmic Diet: A Revolutionary Plan to Lift Your Libido and Bring You to Orgasm
OK now I’ve seen everything! Yup I can back up my bags and head back to camp cause Ive seen it all– now there is a DIET to help women have more orgasms. I am in full support of this idea - but I have no clue if this book really has the “secret” to unlock the mystery of reaching new orgasmic heights. My advice for women and men (not that I’m an expert but I have some experience in this area) — eat healthy food, get some exercise, put your health FIRST! and your body will be happy and feel good - and when your body is happy, you can be happy and well go get happy with your partner and enjoy!!!! (Some low fat whipped cream or low fat chocolate pudding could be added for a little fun! I’ll let you use your imaginations from here.) The book description does say it is backed by lots of scientific evidence so who knows - it might be some thing to explore.
NOTE: I’ve added this book to my wish list, for purely scientific purposes of course. It’s worth the sacrafice to investigate this further so my readers can have all the facts - after all I’ll do what ever it takes for my readers to have the most accurate and comprehensive reviews!
Any way for your enjoyment here is the low down on THE ORGASMIC DIET by Marrena Lindberg:
Best-selling author Margot Anand (The Art of Sexual Ecstacy) says this “fun, inspiring, and original book” proves how “the quality of the food and the ingredients, provide the basic alchemy which generates ‘prana’ or energy,” and “the more energy we have, the better sex is!”
Unlike other books that focus on new positions or how to overcome psychological issues, The Orgasmic Diet is the first scientifically supported nutritional and exercise method for women to take their sex lives to a whole new level. Marrena Lindberg says the key to improving a woman’s libido is to regulate her brain chemistry and body functions. Offering scientific evidence to back up her 4-step plan, she explains why a diet high in caffeine and refined sugars (“orgasm killers”) can prevent the body from producing the two feel-good chemicals responsible for experiencing pleasure. Her low-carb, high-protein program includes:
• Fish oil supplements to maintain serotonin and dopamine levels
• A daily dose of dark chocolate
• Exercises that go beyond Kegels to strengthen internal muscles
• Techniques for finding your orgasm—and how to increase its frequency—in as little as two weeks
If any one has read this book and given it’s theories a try, I’d love to hear about it. (Not the really “personal” details - just the facts pertaining to health and diet!)

LOL I agree with you Rose. Healthy bodies respond the best! To me, after a normally healthy lifestyle, an orgasmic diet has more to do with the spirit and soul than with the body!
Grace and Peace,
