Annie, I can eat like this and lose some weight - problem  is I&#039;m starving all the time, and after losing about 100 lbs I hit a wall - after months and months of starving and no lose I eat a little more and bam! the weight piles back on fast.    After doing this for decades I&#039;m exhausted - I need to lose weight BEFORE the surgery, it is required in order to qualify.  So just because I can lose a few pounds on my own doesn&#039;t mean I shouldn&#039;t have it.</description>

I eat like that just as an everyday health conscious thing since I turned 55.

Occassional raw food.  Carrots, apples...at night if I feel hungry and not satisfied.
Or a cup of hot coffee.  Puts me right to sleep.

		<description>Using vegetables and herbs in a smoothie is something I have never tried but I will definately give it a go, I didn&#039;t realise that I could get flavour from herbs - interesting - going to buy some at lunch and then include it in my diet and exercise regime.  Thanks and good luck with your weight loss.
