		<description>I agree with all those points, but I would also add that there is a possibilty that the person has hit a weight loss plateau. I have hit several of these during the 14 months of my diet. I find that in my case, they occur every 6 weeks or so. In fact, I am just in the process of coming off of one. All I did was take a week off from exercising. Once I start-up again, the weight seems to begin to come off again. I also wanted to let you know that you have just received a most prestigious award.
