
No matter what size, get out and exercise
One of my excuses for not exercising was I was too big – but you know what, it was just another lie I was telling myself- because no matter what size you are you can do something – I recommend something fun, like playing, dancing, or a little one on one basketball.
I am a slug at heart, if I never had to get up off the couch I would live there. BUT since that is not reality, if I have to get up and sweat then I want everyone else to get up and sweat with me! When I started my journey to health, every single step hurt – my knees, my back and my feet would scream in protest. I had to go slow, take each step and each day one at a time. But it does get easier! Honest, I wouldn’t lie to you.
My current exercise of choices are my stationary bike, walking, and recently I tried the Fluidity (interesting, and I think I like it – but I want to use a bit more before I give my review).
