
Don’t Be a Fool-Eat For Fuel!
Greetings one and all. Today I’d like to highlight some of my favorite Diet Do’s and Don’ts (or as we like to call them “one flew over the salad bowl list of crazy things people do in the name of health and dieting).
The Dont’s
Do not binge and then purge.
Do not use laxatives or diuretics.
Do not follow a “fad” or starvation diet.
Do not skip breakfast
Do not grow roots and live on your couch.
Definite Health Do’s
Do have fun, enjoy your life NOW.
Do see a doctor for regular checkups.
Do move more and exercise.
Do be gentle, kind, and forgiving of yourself.
Do listen to your Body’s wisdom.
In a nutshell – common sense rules! The body knows what it needs, if we take the time to really listen to the body’s wisdom (rather then the whining, demanding voice of our cravings and addictions) then we can all achieve our health goals.
