No Diet Needed - a relatively new blog started a few months ago with a lot of potential. The posts are well written and it is updated regularly. It is authored by a group of people “who believe that one can stay healthy without dieting. [They] believe in eating healthy and exercising and in supporting each other through the weight loss journey.
The web site is built as a blog and a database. The blog discusses the struggles, daily health challenges, weight loss and fitness goals. They also have lots of tips for healthy choices, getting started with exercise, and more. It also has several reveiws of various products such as Slim A Bear Sandwich Bars, Boca Burgers Original, Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, and more.
I would recommend that they add an About page, with a little bio about each of the authors. Some information can be found in the first post and other posts, but it would be nice to have it all on one page, especially for first time visitors.
I would definitely recommend stopping over and checking No Diet Needed.
