2009 Keep the Beat Calendar - made by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI).
Last year I posted about the 2008 Keep the Beat Calender. And now the new calendar is ready for 2009 and I highly recommend it too. The updated calendar features new artwork and new themes, such as a heart healthy Pear in Orange Sauce recipe for National Fruit and Vegetable Month in June and ideas for getting active with your family in July. Follow the simple tools month-by-month, check off heart health goals throughout the year, and reach a healthier you in 2009.
It’s a fun calendar that helps you stay focused on getting healthy, reaching your goals, and staying active.
Makes a great gift too, so might be something too keep in mind and order early so you get some holiday shoppping done early rather then waiting till the last minute.
Health and happiness, Lady rose
My rating 5 halos (a must have!)
