Weight: 285 gain .5 lbs (only little gain for a change).
I’m going to ignore the scale this week - what else can I do? I will be seeing the new cardiologist Oct 24th and I’m hoping he can at least give me some advice as far as the congestive heart failure and the water weight gain aspects (the big jumps of 4 or 5 lbs overnight) - until then I will continue to eat baby carrots, apples, bananas, oatmeal, baked skinnless chicken, broccoli, and few other veggies now and then. I haven’t gone down yet to 800 calories a day - I am having a lot of internal resistance to going back to starving again, even though I know it is the only way to stop the weight gain. I just wish I knew what I could do to get my body to shed a little too.
Later today I’ll be heading out to visit my best friend Mama Kelly. We always have a lot of fun and a lot of laughs hanging out together. And the creative ideas are always flying. As usual we will be spending most of our time together working getting 2 witches blog moved to it’s new domain (grand opening Nov. 1) and all the little tidbits of behind the scenes stuff that goes into it - after two years of blogging every day on the free wordpress 2 witches blog there is a ton of stuff to move one post at time, relinking internally, and over a 100 pages too. I’ve moved over all the pages so far and over 300 posts, but there is a lot of tweaking still to be done and another 1000 posts to move.
So I will have a lot to keep me busy and upbeat. I’m staying focused on the positive and not going to let my body and the numbers of the scale determine my mood or outlook.
Health and Happiness, Lady Rose

I made a wonderful white bean roasted garlic soup. It has no meat so has little to no saturated fat. I hope it will make a nice healing meal for you for dinner.
