There are all kinds of temptations out there, and as you know I often point out the ones that are over loaded in calories and should be avoided! But when I find something that is tempting but good for you, I want to share those these too.
I found this lovely, yummy banana strawberry pudding recipe on The Raw and the Cooked.
Banana Strawberry Pudding (makes approx. 3 cups)
3 bananas, 1 cup strawberries, 1″ ginger
Instructions
1. Add ginger to coffee grinder, grind until smooth
2. Add ground ginger, bananas, & strawberries to food processor, blend until smooth
