Chrysalis® Cookies flavors: Chocolate Chip - Cranberry - Crinkle - Molasses - Vanilla
I had the pleasure of reviewing a batch of very tasty and healthy cookies. My family and I really enjoyed them. The cookies contain no dairy, no wheat - but lots of flavor. We tried the already baked cookies as well as the dough for cookies that we baked ourselves.
They are very satisfying wthout being overly sweet. The taste testers did not know the cookies were “healthy” and everyone really liked them.
I would definitely recommend these as an option for any child (or adult) as a treat. One or two in a lunch box or for a treat is plenty - they are actually filling and you are not left craving more sugar. I really like that they as frozen dough also - that way whenever my daughter has a friend or two over we have a “healthy” option at our finger tips to make fresh baked cookies.
About Chrysalis® Cookies:
The cookies were developed by a mom who is also a chemist, Linda Hardin, of Bolingbrook, Illinois. Her two children have allergies to wheat and dairy, so she put her skill as a chemist to work, taught herself how to bake and developed a very tasty cookie that her kids and others can enjoy.
They are made with all-natural and organic ingredients that cater to the family looking for gourmet taste in a treat that makes them feel good. Made with whole grain organic oats and organic cane sweetener, the dough is then packed full of natural chocolate, cranberries, vanilla or molasses that are the source of the incredible gourmet flavor. They are kosher and dairy-free.
What is left out are: the refined wheat flour and sugar, dairy, trans-fats, preservatives and any artificial ingredients.
They come in 5 varieties: Unbelievable Chocolate Chip, Granny’s Chocolate Crinkles, Old Fashioned Molasses, Very Vanilla Sugar, and Chewy Cranberry Oatmeal.
They are available for retail via the website. The 1.5 ounce pre-portioned frozen cookies are 36 to the bag and shipped UPS anywhere in the country. They are also packaged for wholesale food service in cases of 216. The cookies are selling in the Whole Foods Store bakery department in Wheaton, Illinois and will soon appear in the Willowbrook and Sauganash branches.
The cookies are shipped overnight, frozen and ready-to-bake, so families can pop as many or as few cookies in the oven whenever they want. (Note: best to bake them on parchment paper). Fresh already baked cookies are also shipped overnight.
Enjoy, Lady Rose

Hi Paul - all I can go by is the information that is provided and from the looks of things these cookies are definitely a much healthier option then almost any other cookie out there. It’s still a cookie - not a meal replacement, and of course no one should eat a dozen at one time.
If you and your wife are interested in doing a review, email me and I’ll send you the contact information that I have. Perhaps they would also send you some samples to try out and blog about.
