Don’t Be a Fool-Eat For Fuel!

Keep these words of wisdom in mind as you focus on your healthy eating plans — your HEALTH is truly the MOST important thing, along with family, friends, and spirit. Those doughnuts, pies, fatty sauces, etc. are totally a waste of time and energy compared to your HEALTH - so take care of your “glass” juggling balls and take care of YOU!
