{{{ hun }}}

I can only hope and pray that you get to go to mom's doc. You really need someone to take you more seriously and to actually listen to your symptoms and complaints.

In the meantime know how much I love you sweetie.

Hi Em - I've tried just about every exercise I can on my own - I have a stationary bike and lots of other equipment, and of course walking and stairs - but the problem is I immediately swell up, gain a lot of water weight, and my rhumatoid arthitis flares up pretty bad so the pain levels get really intense. For example last January I really pushed myself, regardless of the pain to do more walking - I gained 9 lbs over night and the over the following week I gained 16 pounds - my face looked like a water balloon, the chest pains were almost constant (from the heart failure), and my knees were almost as big as my thighs from the swelling (arthitis).

That's why I need a doctor who will listen to me and help me find something I can do.

I don't see why you need to join a club, you can always exercise on your own. Walking would be the least expensive and most accessible. Good luck on your journey to great health.
