Can you believe it? 17 years has gone by so fast. I consider myself very, very, very lucky to be married to one of the most wonderful guys in the world, Teacherman. He is an awesome dad to our daughter, a great cook (which is a blessing and a curse hehehe), supportive of my nutty creative ideas, and an all around great guy.

I’ll have to tell you all about our wedding one of these days - we were married on stage at Rider University (where we met, and both graduated). We wrote the skits, had lots of musicians playing music, dropped hundreds of balloons in the theater at the end, and much more. It was an awesome day.

We are taking it easy to day. I’m exhausted from our trip to the Statue of Liberty yesterday. The weather was perfect and it was nice family outing.

Teacherman got tickets for a concert at a local theater for later in the month. So we will be going out to officially celebrate on Sept. 28th with dinner and concert.

Dinner out is going to be a challenge (since I plan on being back on my 800 calories a day food plan) - but I’ll smile and go along because I know it is important and means a lot to him. Just because I have issues with food, doesn’t mean I have to ruin every one else’s fun, so I will do my best, just order a salad and bring my own very low calorie dressing.

Health and Happiness, Lady Rose
