Don’t Be a Fool-Eat For Fuel!

Good morning one and all,

We hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and taking some time to relax.  But we would like to remind you that Sunday is also a great day to Prepare for Success - plan out your healthy eating plan and exercise time for the week - write it out in your journal or mark it on calendar.   Make a grocery list and stick to it.  Prepare a few meals in advance and store them in the freezer for easy dinners during the week.

Studies have shown that taking just a few minutes to plan ahead can save a ton of time later on. And it also helps you to stick to your plan by having it written down as well as having what you need close at hand so that the hectic pace of the week days doesn’t throw you off track.

Sunday is also a nice time to connect with others - so take a few minutes to visit other fellow fatbloggers and cheer them on to success.
